Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Diagnostics Systems Applications IPCS-LAD-PPTH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Komatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Red-Lion product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Komatsu such as the KOMATSUKDP5320CADISPLAYPANEL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPC1A12 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P4810012 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mPRO93S9598602 by Gardner-Denver and KP100 spares by Lust-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
